* We collect all rents, invoices, sewer billings (when applicable), late fees and deposits. This management includes late fees, NSF fees, 5-day notices, collections and when necessary - file for JP court procfeedings for judgments and possession.
* You will receive monthly accountings of all rents received and inovices / management fees paid. You will also be furnished an entire year accounting spread sheet at the beginning of the year along wtih 1 1099-MISC form for your tax preparation.
